December 20, Roman Chumak, attorney, managing partner of the ARES Law Firm, coordinator of the Kharkiv Regional Council on Justice Reform of the EU Project "Pravo-Justice", co-authored with Olena Fonova, judge-speaker of the Economic Court of Luhansk Oblast, coordinator of the Donbass Regional of the Justice Reform Council of the EU Project "Law-Justice", presented the analytical report "Remote hearings in civil, economic and administrative processes".

The purpose of the study was to identify the problematic aspects of conducting remote meetings in Ukraine, and in the future - to develop appropriate proposals for their solution. The authors of the report analyzed a large number of court decisions in order to find out positive and negative trends, as well as the problems of remote hearings.

As Roman noted, the work on the report was a response to the request of practitioners. Thanks to this, it is possible to see exactly what needs to be changed for the better in this direction in conditions of limited financial and organizational resources.
