Ihor noted that the National Bank of Ukraine currently does not set deadlines for this process, and bank clients are forced to wait years due to disrupted logistics caused by the full-scale invasion.

He explained that banks must inform clients about service terms and fees, and this information must be displayed prominently. Failure to comply results in administrative liability.
