ARES Law Firm acted as an expert partner of the event, which brought together business and lawyers to find solutions in times of challenges.

As part of the session “Legal Anti-Crisis Toolkit for Business: From Risks to Solutions,” our company’s lawyer, Vladislav Zaitsev, Head of the APU Committee on Migration Law, acted as a speaker.

In his speech, he systematized key aspects:

• the procedure for booking employees in 2025;
• the algorithm for obtaining the status of a “critically important enterprise”;
• practical tools for maintaining the operational stability of a business.

Special attention was paid to alternative mechanisms for interaction with the Ministry of Defense in terms of obtaining criticality status (government contracts, equipment repair, UAV production), priority actions when booking, and risks for employees and companies.

The session demonstrated that thanks to the right combination of law, procedures, and partnerships, business can not only withstand modern challenges, but also continue to develop.
